2. OPERATIONAL CRITERIA

  • Documentation: Include original order number and completed RMA form
  • Timeframe: Request initiated within 15 days of delivery

3. FIELD OPERATIONS PROCEDURE

Phase 2: Equipment Return

Upon receiving your RMA authorization (within 48 hours):

  1. Package item securely in original container
  2. Include completed RMA form (provided via email)
  3. Ship to:

4. FINANCIAL EXTRACTION

Upon successful inspection at HQ:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after return receipt
  • Method: Original payment channel (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless defective/wrong item)

5. EXCHANGE OPERATIONS

For item exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return protocol
  2. Specify desired replacement in initial request
  3. New item ships within 48 hours of return approval
  4. Price differences handled via separate transaction

6. NON-RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT

The following tactical gear is not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Sharpened Items: All blades that have been sharpened or used
  • Personal Defense Tools: Tactical pens with irreversible deployment
  • Custom Orders: Special request items marked as “final sale”
  • International Shipments: Items shipped to restricted regions (Asia/remote areas)

7. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

For items arriving compromised:

  1. Photograph damage within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We’ll deploy replacement immediately or extract return shipping costs
