Phase 2: Equipment Return

Upon receiving your RMA authorization (within 48 hours):

  • Package item securely in original container
  • Include completed RMA form (provided via email)

3. NON-RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT

The following tactical gear is not eligible for return/exchange:

4. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

For items arriving compromised:
